We are seeking a dedicated and friendly customer service representative to join our team. The role involves forming strong customer relationships, addressing client queries, and resolving any service-related issues.Key Responsibilities:Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.Handle customer complaints; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within a time limit and follow up to ensure resolution.Maintain a thorough record of customer interactions and transactions.Work with the customer service team to ensure excellent service standards.Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.Provide product and service information to customers.Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.Required Skills/Qualifications:Proven customer support experience.Strong phone handling skills and active listening.Customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to different personalities.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Minimum high school diploma; further education will be a plus.Proficient in relevant computer applications and tools.Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
