$14.00 - $21.00 (est. hourly pay rate)Job Summary:Our client is seeking a Help Desk Specialist who will refresh field devices, specifically Dell devices such as Dell 7330 Rugged laptops. This opportunity is located in Denver, CO! Duties:Begin device refresh process next yearImage devices with the required operating systems and configurationsLoad and configure applications as neededPerform tasks to prepare machines for deployment to end usersCoordinate deployments with department managers to ensure smooth transitionsAct as the lead in Minnesota to oversee and guide the refresh processReplace old hardware with updated, new hardwareDesired Skills/Experience:2+ years of previous experience in a HelpDesk roleStrong customer service skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportation (fleet vehicles may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis)Proficiency in Windows 11Familiarity with general peripherals (e.g., printers, scanners, etc.)Experience using ServiceNow for managing and tracking ticketsKnowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD for managing user and device accessBasic skills in PowerShell for occasional scripting tasksBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans401K offered
