Our customers include Pura Vida, Princess Cruises, The Standard Hotel, The White House, #Slack and many more.Role Description:We are seeking a highly organized, dynamic, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO of Art of Tea. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adept at multitasking, and has a passion for wellness and mission-driven work.As an Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting strategic business initiatives, managing project management tasks, marketing initiatives, assistant projects, event coordination and optimizing efficiency. This role requires excellent communication skills, creative problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Support: Assist the CEO in business scaling initiatives, including market research, competitive and identifying growth opportunities.Content Creation and Management for Brand Scaling: Oversee and edit social media content, including video, that aligns with the brand's strategy. Platforms include LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.Business Communication: Act as a liaison between the CEO, the executive team, and external stakeholders to facilitate business expansion and client relationships.Personal Errands and Efficiency Optimization: Handle personal tasks to enable the CEO to focus on core business objectives.Appointment Setting and Networking: Coordinate business appointments, networking opportunities, and scheduling needs.Bookkeeping: Manage basic bookkeeping tasks, including scanning, filing, organizing, invoice processing, and ensuring timely bill payments.Coordinate with the finance team or external accountants to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.Project Management: Provide support in managing projects related to new product launches, marketing campaigns, and growth initiatives.Event Coordination: Training and meeting calendar and location precurementChatGPT and AI Proficiency: Learn and effectively use AI tools to support various tasks.Critical Thinking and Problem Solving: Tackle challenges such as underperforming campaigns by analyzing issues, generating actionable solutions, and presenting plans to the CEO.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Executive Assistant, Marketing or similar role.Basic project management experience, including excel, Asana etc.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in social media platforms and digital content management.Based in or near Boca Raton, Florida, with reliable transportation.A passion for wellness and a mission-driven mindset is highly preferred.Benefits:Opportunity to work closely with the CEO of a leading wellness brand.Flexible work environment with room for professional growth.Competitive compensation package.If you are passionate about wellness, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply!QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalentAbility to handle multiple tasks while staying organizedAbility to travel
