The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. This maintenance mechanic will be responsible for ensuring all equipment is operating safely and efficiently by completing preventative maintenance requirements, following diagrams, reading operations manuals and troubleshooting malfunctions. ResponsibilitiesInstalling and assembling new machines and equipmentMaintaining a preventative maintenance schedule for inspecting, servicing, and testing machineryDiagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing machine failuresInstalling replacement parts such as vacuum pumps, hydraulic pumps, and hydraulic hosesUsing power tools and different hand tools to complete assigned maintenance tasks and work ordersFollowing industry best practices, SOP's, LOTO procedures, and other safety guidelineslogging performed maintenance work through either paper documentation or a CMMSRequirementsMinimum high school diploma or equivalentExperience with Cincinnati Milacron machines preferred Experience with Theason Extruders preferred Strong mechanical aptitudeProven work experience with electrical and mechanical componentsAt least one year of industrial maintenance experience preferredAbility to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team membersKnowledge of mechanical systems and ability to diagnose and fix problemsKnowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, air and fluid valves, solenoids, motors, starters, breakers, pumps, material flow, limit switches, welding, and torches is a plusKnowledge of plastics extrusion processing is a plusAbility to lift up to 75 lbs. periodically throughout the dayCompensationThe hourly pay rate is $25-$40/hr.What CRH Offers YouHighly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsA diverse and inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotionAbout CRHCRH has a long and proud heritage.
