You'll follow scripts to deliver TST's value proposition, handle objections, and demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on. You'll oversee and manage the sales pipeline, using real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies to meet the buying/selling needs of our clients.Compensation: First-Year AgentsAverage $50,000 - $75,000 annually. Second-Year AgentsAverage $75,000 - $100,000 annually. Third-Year Agents and BeyondAverage $100,000+ annually. Uncapped CommissionYour earnings are only limited by your effort and drive.
