Seven24Collective is an exclusive private members club located at Gansevoort Meatpacking NYC.We are looking to add a sales manager to our growing team, preferably with membership club sales experience in a luxury setting.Responsibilities:Conduct membership sales activities to meet or exceed monthly sales targetsDevelop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing membersUtilize technology sales techniques to effectively promote membership benefits and featuresCollaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategiesProvide exceptional customer service to ensure member satisfactionIdentify business development opportunities and recommend strategies for growthAnalyze market trends and competitor offerings to stay informed on industry developmentsRequirements:Proven experience in sales, preferably in a membership-based organizationStrong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales dealsProficiency in managing customer relationshipsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with a strong drive for resultsAbility to analyze data and make informed business decisionsCustomer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationshipsFlexibility to work schedule to include late evenings/weekends and holidays as needed.
