Location: Dallas, TXCompensation: $65K - $85K base + 10-15% of base bonusAbout The RoleAs a Bilingual Auto Body Shop Manager, you'll lead the estimating and repair operations of our shop. Your role involves managing workflows, supervising teams, and ensuring high-quality repairs that result in customer satisfaction. You'll oversee daily operations, establish efficient processes, and maintain standards of excellence in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam LeadershipSupervise and schedule work for staff, coach service advisors, and lead daily production meetings. Operations ManagementManage the shop's inventory, operating budget, and expenses. Oversee parts procurement, sublet work, and production scheduling. Customer FocusEnsure exceptional customer service and collaborate with insurance representatives, fleet companies, and retail customers. Quality ControlMonitor performance metrics, including repair cycle time and estimate revenue, ensuring alignment with insurance guidelines. Efficiency ImprovementsImplement systems to maximize productivity and predictable results. QualificationsEducationHigh school diploma required; an automotive repair certificate is preferred. ExperienceProven leadership in body shop management with a strong grasp of repair operations and insurance procedures. Technical SkillsProficiency with collision software (CCC & Mitchell required, Mobile Tech RX preferred). Strong mechanical and troubleshooting knowledge. Ability to effectively use tools and equipment. CommunicationStrong verbal and written communication; professionalism in handling sensitive situations. Language SkillsBilingual in English/Spanish is required.
