In this role, you will collaborate with the commercial team to analyze and normalize prospect data during the value-building stage. Your insights will help demonstrate the potential ROI of our services, supporting informed decision-making before entering the legal phase.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and standardize prospect transaction and chargeback data to identify recovery potentialPresent compelling ROI analysis to support the sales team in client acquisitionDevelop and refine data models to accurately predict chargeback recovery ratesGuide prospects through our assessment panel process, translating complex data insights into clear business valueMaintain quality standards for all prospect data analysis to ensure accurate forecastingServe as subject matter expert for payment service provider relationshipsCollaborate with Account Executives to support client successRequired Skills & Qualifications4+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, with preference for experience in fintech, payments, or e-commerceExpert proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)Proven track record of extracting actionable insights from complex datasetsUnderstanding of payments ecosystem, particularly chargebacks and payment service providersStrong service orientation towards both internal teams and external clientsOutstanding communication skills with ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiencesExceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyCollaborative mindset with demonstrated ability to work across teamsTechnical integration knowledge- advantageExperience working with Salesforce- Advantage
