Business Analyst

Green Key Resources is looking for a driven and detail-focused Business Analyst to join a Strategic Services team. This role involves supporting the creation of business strategies, improving operational processes, and managing data analysis, reporting, and entry.Responsibilities:Perform quality assurance reviews on existing reports to ensure accuracy and reliabilityCreate interactive dashboards and update recurring reportsSupport project management and collaborate with stakeholders on reporting needsAnalyze and model data to identify insights and improve operationsAssist the Senior Analyst and deliver monthly performance summariesRequired Skills:Basic SQL knowledge and advanced Excel proficiencyExperience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skillsAbility to interpret data and create clear, actionable reportsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related fieldSkilled in presenting analytical insights to senior leaders
