SummaryThe Sourcing & Procurement Analyst provides sourcing and procurement support; performs cost and financial analysis; liaises with internal business units and external vendors; produces spend reporting; and supports invoice and contract management. Main Responsibilities & DutiesReporting / Data Analytics / Process Improvement Run existing reports and participate in reporting enhancements and financial analysisPrepare spend reporting for all departments Prepare monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc KPI & KRI reporting. Identify areas of improvement and work with respective stakeholders on implementing new solutions. Help establishing preferred suppliers program and catalogs.Assist in the continuous improvement of Sourcing and Procurement processesProcurementReview and validate Purchase Orders per Credit Agricole policies and proceduresChallenge business requirementsNegotiating with vendors for cost and spend optimizationEnsure adherence to Credit Agricole global contractsProcess accounting entries related to IT purchasesManage the renewal of IT maintenance contractsAssist with vendor on-boarding, including third party risk management Strategic SourcingWork closely with the businesses and assist the GSP team to develop a comprehensive strategic sourcing plan for various procurement categories. This includes in depth review of business requirements to identify and recommend optimal procurement strategies through analysis of current spend, contracts and supply base, analysis of supply markets and market trends and identification and understanding of key cost drivers.Analyze spend data, internal requirements, and external supply market to help develop strategic sourcing strategies and plans aligned with the business goals. Manage and coordinate sourcing projects through the RFP (Request for Proposals) process. Develop and manage supplier relationships along with negotiating contractual agreements. Desired SkillsTechnical SkillsStrong understanding of Microsoft Excel (with VBA) and Microsoft Access for development and enhancement of reporting toolsWorking knowledge of procurement or source-to-pay processes Familiarity with the sourcing and supply chain concepts. Sourcing & Procurement knowledge / experience. Experience with Oracle Purchase Orders moduleNon-Technical SkillsBachelor DegreeSelf-motivatedCustomer-service oriented and quick responsiveness Ability to multi-task and work independently while under pressure.
