We are seeking an Investor Relations Specialist to play a key role in enhancing investor experiences and strengthening relationships with both existing and prospective investors. This role will involve supporting livestream events, promoting company activities to attract new investors, and collaborating with the Marketing team to execute UFUND Investment's investor relations strategies, and much more to building and maintaining strong investor relationships and driving our company's growth.Job Description:We are seeking an Investor Relations Specialist to play a pivotal role in enhancing investor experiences and fostering relationships with both existing and prospective investors. In this dynamic role, you will support livestream events, promote company activities to attract new investors, and collaborate closely with the Marketing team to execute UFUND Investment's investor relations strategies. You'll contribute to building and maintaining strong investor relationships while driving the company's growth, with opportunities to take on a variety of impactful responsibilities.Primary Responsibilities:Initiative and Problem Solving: Take initiative, think creatively, and solve problems effectively. Be a strong closer with a focus on results.Service Improvements: Proactively identify opportunities to improve services and gather feedback from clients and partners to enhance company efficiency and satisfaction.Client Education: Continuously educate and inform clients about the company's products, services, and special offers.Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement investor relations programs, including strategies, operational plans, and budgets.Project Updates: Gather information and provide timely updates and reports on ongoing projects.Investor Events: Assist in planning and coordinating investor events to foster relationships and engagement.Investor Communication: Maintain proactive communication with investors, address inquiries promptly, and strive to exceed expectations.Lead Follow-Up: Re-engage with inactive and previous leads to explore potential opportunities and maintain close follow-up with existing customers.Documentation: Maintain and update Investor Relations checklists and workflow materials to ensure efficiency and consistency.Public Relations: Exhibit excellent public relations skills to communicate effectively with investors and align messages with their business interests.Market Analysis: Leverage an understanding of economics to analyze market factors, competitors, and industry trends.Qualifications:Education: A BA/BS degree is required.
