BASIC PURPOSE: Responsible for supporting new content development and publishing on , including browse, booking, booked guest experience sections, mobile, and microsites. Additionally, will support these experiences in Drupal 6, Drupal 8, Adobe Experience Manager, Salsify, and Algolia. Responsible for content production needs for Norwegian's Digital Content Experience and enterprise needs.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Own the web and digital content update process for all versions of domestic and global. Ensure the accuracy of the content displayed on and its web properties, as well as ensure all service levels are met.Interact with stakeholders across the organization, and partner with the Product Marketing Team, to gather and enter all of the assets required for browse, BGE, and mobile app content for and its web properties.Support Digital Content initiatives, collaborating with team members from various departments to gather, create, and enter content on and its web properties. This entails assisting in the creation of the plan, researching/creating imagery, requesting and reviewing copy, coordinating with third parties and external partners, and clearing image and copy usage rights as needed.Support Enterprise initiatives, including new ship and product launches, collaborating with staff from various departments to create and enter content on and its web properties. Provide content requirements and specs to the internal Rebel Fish creative team to support these initiatives in a timely manner.Ensure that all content/copy created meets the style guide standards set forth by the Digital Content team in partnership with the Rebel Fish Team for optimized Guest/User Experience and to support all Organic Search/SEO goals.Develop and maintain schedule of content activity to ensure site accuracy, appropriateness, and relevancy. Employ and conduct sitewide content audits on a quarterly basis or as determined by the Content Manager and Digital Content Senior Manager.Support content stakeholders with CMS access, training, troubleshooting and reporting issues to IT via Jira Tickets to the SRE Team.Support User Experience Designer, Web Merchandising & Promo, and other internal/external online marketing channels to design/develop pages and display banners leveraging CSS and JavaScript in Drupal 6, Drupal 8, AEM and Salsify across domestic and international sites.Perform other job related functions as assigned.KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:EDUCATION: Bachelors' Degree in Marketing, Web Design or related field of study; or any equivalent combination of relevant background and work experience.EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 experience in an e-Commerce environment. Online industry or travel industry experience, preferred.KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Working knowledge of HTML and web publishing/content management processes, systems and related tools. Strong sense of site layout and design. Proficient with HTML editors, Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Acrobat. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all stakeholders and leadership throughout the organization. Successful history of balancing priorities simultaneously, while working under tight time constraints and meeting deadlines. Demonstrated ability to shift priorities quickly in a changing environment. Track record of learning and applying new technologies quickly. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. AEM experience preferred but not required. Drupal experience preferred but not required. Enterprise level CMS experience highly desired.
