The ideal candidate should have strong experience in data migration across applications and databases, data analysis, business analysis, and a solid understanding of database technologies such as Oracle, PL/SQL, MySQL, or related systems. This role requires excellent project management skills to manage end-to-end contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions and ensure seamless system performance and enhancements.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a subject matter expert for Emptoris and Icertis CLM platforms.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into actionable system configurations.Configure, maintain, and enhance the CLM systems to meet organizational needs.Perform data migration across applications and databases, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance.Lead data mapping, transformation, and validation activities to support seamless migration processes.Conduct data analysis, create models, and provide insights to support decision-making and reporting requirements.Develop, optimize, and execute PL/SQL, MySQL, or equivalent database queries to manage and analyze large datasets.Lead data governance efforts to establish robust processes for managing data quality and compliance.Create and maintain technical documentation for system configurations, workflows, data migration plans, and processes.Oversee the end-to-end implementation of CLM projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.Troubleshoot issues and proactively recommend solutions to improve system functionality.Partner with cross-functional teams including IT, procurement, legal, and finance to streamline contract lifecycle processes.Thanks & Regards,Chandra Shekar | Centraprise Corp
