Our firm emphasizes building long-lasting relationships, caring deeply about client needs, and achieving exceptional results.Position Overview:We are seeking mid-level and senior litigation associates with a minimum of 5 years of substantial experience in commercial litigation within state and federal courts. The ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in New York State (CPLR) and Federal Court (FRCP) procedures, including drafting motions, pleadings, complaints, and conducting depositions.
