Key Responsibilities:Open and maintain consumer and basic business accounts, including checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, and Trust & Estate accounts.Processes teller transactions as needed and maintains an excellent balancing recordAssist clients in selecting banking products and services tailored to their needs.Actively cross-sell bank products and generate new business to meet branch goals.Ensure compliance with banking regulations and maintain accurate account documentation.Provide outstanding service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive client relationships.Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of banking teller experience.Proficiency in opening consumer and basic business accounts.Strong customer relations and communication skills.Knowledge of banking regulations, including BSA and Information Security.Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking systems.
