We are seeking a dedicated Trade Support Analyst to play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the development of our Equity Derivatives business. This position is designed for someone who can assist traders and sales teams in their daily operations, ensuring accurate booking and reporting of transactions. The Trade Support Analyst will serve as the primary point of contact for support functions, addressing any discrepancies in operational processes and taking responsibility for resolving issues on behalf of the Front Office. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service, whether he/she/they are new to the field or have previous experience.Key Responsibilities:Book and modify trade tickets in Front Office systems as required.Assist in calculating and amending performance and financing tickets for settlements.Handle the booking of corporate actions.Process expiries and lifecycle events efficiently.Aid in the resolution of trade discrepancies.Collaborate with Market Risk to investigate and resolve P&L breaks.Provide support to traders and sales staff as needed.Coordinate the resolution of trade discrepancies with various global and local teams on behalf of the Front Office.Maintain and update relevant metrics.Ensure compliance with current procedures, continuously leveraging available resources to create an efficient control process that is both client-sensitive and aligned with our business partners' needs.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in Trade Support or Middle Office roles.Knowledge of Sophis preferred.Strong understanding of the Equity Derivatives markets, products, trade lifecycle, and end-to-end settlement processes for a variety of fixed income products.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Familiarity with the Summit application is a plus.Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively and promptly with counterparties and the trading desk.SIE and Series 99 licenses are required.If you are a proactive and detail-oriented professional looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic team, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity!Natixis is an equal opportunity employer, committed to a workplace free of discrimination. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
