Litigation Associate

This small but mighty NJ firm is seeking a junior litigation associate for sophisticated commercial litigation work. The partners in this group have a strong practice defending banks and financial institutions. No billable hours requirement. 30 to 40 hours a week is the unofficial target.One on one partner interaction daily, from supportive attorneys interested in mentorship.Strong junior associate camaraderie--they go out together, have lunches, happy hours, etc.In office culture, but treated like an adult. Attorneys here have lives--they coach soccer teams and participate in their kids' activities. If you want to work remotely occasionally, or have an appointment, it's not a problem.I cannot overstate the friendly culture at the firm. Yellers are not tolerated. Partners are generous with their time, and your development is important.
