Vice President, Client & Market Research

Your Team ResponsibilitiesThe VP of Client & Market Research plays a critical role within MSCI's Client Insight & Analytics Function. The Client Insight & Analytics function is responsible for mining data and conducting research to inform strategic and operational business decisions for stakeholders across all functions of MSCI. This role is focused on executing primary research studies with clients & prospects, while integrating other datapoints and secondary research sources, to create actionable recommendations for stakeholders throughout the firm. This is a hands-on position that involves personally executing research, analyzing results and developing and delivering presentations.Your Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop a new and improved NPS program for MSCI, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders in all functions and business lines.Develop a closed loop program of transactional surveys at specific client touchpoints to optimize specific areas of client experienceFurther develop brand monitoring researchSet the strategy for how market research techniques will be used across the product innovation cycle, from understanding client needs, to validating value proposition hypotheses, to UX testing and pricing setting studies.
