Role: MicroStrategy Developer with AILocation: Burbank,CAContract-OnsiteEXP:10+ yearsKey ResponsibilitiesMicroStrategy Development:Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using MicroStrategy tools.Develop and optimize MicroStrategy schema objects (attributes, facts, hierarchies) and application objects (metrics, filters, templates).Data Integration and Analysis:Integrate data from multiple sources into MicroStrategy environments to create a unified reporting platform.Perform data validation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of BI outputs.Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Performance Optimization:Optimize MicroStrategy queries and dashboards for enhanced performance and scalability.Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues within the MicroStrategy platform.Collaboration and Support:Work closely with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to understand BI needs and provide recommendations.Provide end-user training and support for MicroStrategy tools and solutions.Document system processes, configurations, and solutions to ensure maintainability.Project Management:Participate in planning, design, and implementation phases of BI projects.Ensure timely delivery of high-quality MicroStrategy solutions according to project timelines.QualificationsTechnical Skills:Proficiency in MicroStrategy products, including Developer, Web, Mobile, and Intelligence Server.Strong understanding of relational database management systems (RDBMS) such as SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.Experience with performance tuning and query optimization in MicroStrategy.Experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.[2-5]+ years of experience as a MicroStrategy Developer or in a similar role.Familiarity with big data platforms like Hadoop or cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
