Litigation Associate

We are seeking a litigation attorney for a law firm in the Troy area. This role will focus on representing businesses in a wide range of complex commercial disputes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business law, excellent analytical and advocacy skills, and a proven track record of success in litigation.3+ years of experienceConduct thorough case investigations, including gathering and analyzing evidence, conducting legal research, and interviewing witnesses.Develop and execute effective litigation strategies, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs.Represent clients in all phases of litigation, including depositions, hearings, trials, and appeals.Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions.Provide strategic legal advice to clients on business-related legal issues.Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional client service.Licensed and in good standing with the State of Michigan
