We partner with some of the largest food and hospitality brands to tackle rising food, labor, and training costs using Omni, our automated cooking solution.Our flagship machine, Omni, is an automated cooking machine capable of automatically seasoning, heating, plating, and cleaning. It has helped thousands of business owners rethink the possibilities of sharing their recipes consistently with minimal training.The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of culinary background and sales experience. Industry experience with commercial cooking equipment is considered a plus. The individual will report directly to the Regional Sales Director and work directly with the Insides Sales and National/Regional Corporate Chef teams.Role DescriptionThe Regional Sales Manager, based in LA, Dallas, Atlanta, Miami, and NYC, is responsible for planning and executing sales activities resulting in significant sales growth while dynamically driving BOTINKIT to market leadership in the assigned region. This position works independently and as a team player. The regional Sales Manager is responsible for building contacts, cultivating relationships, and developing sales with support and collaboration with the Sales Director to develop market share and sales growth in the respective region.The candidate is expected to leverage their existing network and experience with dealers and distributors within the food equipment space and help introduce Omni into the appropriate sales channels and networks.Main ResponsibilitiesPromote and share the benefits of Omni, KMES, and perspect AI at live customer demonstrations at BOTINKIT or distributor showrooms.Conduct pre- and post-sales activities with end-customers, including sales visits and training sessions.Leverage past industry experience and candidate's existing distributor network to develop product penetration in assigned region.Expand customer base through market/customer development within all food & hospitality market segments and applicable commercial market segments.Build strong relationships with customers, new & old, to build a strong referral network.Development and expanding of efficient and long-term partner and dealer network.Document customer related information within BOTINKIT's CRM system.Develop and increase regional sales by identifying and pursuing new opportunities and leveraging existing ones.Organize and execute daily, weekly, and monthly plans with diligent follow-up.Generate monthly sales reports and forecast, and conduct customer analyses.Create and oversee your area's business strategy and annual sales budget.Collaborate with sales directors to devise, implement, and revise business strategies as documented in our business and marketing plans to achieve sustained growth.Engage in regional and national trade shows and sales meetings.Track and report sales challenges, market competition, and competitor analysis.Practical BackgroundA minimum of 5 years of sales experience with proven track record of increased sales/revenue within the restaurant equipment's industry.Possesses relationships with distributors, dealers, and key accounts within the FnB industry.Associate/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; culinary degree or equivalent experience desired.Proficiency in local dialect and strong understanding of cultural and regional preferencesStrong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills at all levels from corporate down through kitchen staff, including listening skillsSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, customer centric, motivated, and results-oriented.Ability to work independently and as a team player, and ability to stay motivated under minimal supervision.Ability to solve problems, adopt an entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset to overcome obstacles, and motivate and encourage colleagues.Strong organizational and time management skills, plus ability to multi-task.Ability to read & understand customer to leverage their preferences and desires to negotiate and close deals in a timely mannerComputer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel).Willingness to travel for work approximately 30% of times.Personal QualitiesNaturally competitive, curious, and problem solver.Team playerPassionate about gastronomy, cooking, and food.Enthusiastic, flexible and organized.Entrepreneurial mindset and a proven ability to be innovative, adaptable, flexible and open to be challenged in their ways of thinking.Outgoing, trustworthy, and convincing personality to build customer relationships.Ability to identify and meet the needs of customers and can present solutions in a clear and customer-centric methodology.Motivated and success-driven, wants to innovate and willing to go the extra mile.Target-oriented and assertive.Ability to inspire and motivate those around them.OrganizationWork in a dynamic, innovation-driven, disruptive and international company with a tight-knit local team fighting for incredible sales growth and expansion.
