We organize gatherings ranging from intimate events to large functions with 2,000+ guests and have strong relationships with top venues in LA.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for Relationship Coordinator at Affinity Nightlife in West Hollywood, CA. The Relationship Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our ambassador/partner/sponsors, planning and managing events, coordinating with clients and vendors, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, and overseeing event logistics.QualificationsEvent Planning and Event Management skillsStrong Communication and Customer Service abilitiesSales experience, including high number of phone callsOrganizational and multitasking skillsAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesKnowledge of the Los Angeles nightlife sceneExperience with event promotions and casting is a plusBachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
