Day to DayInsight Global is seeking a Client Support Analyst to join an everyday IT support team in Pasco, WA for a large midstream oil & gas company. This role will consist of providing Application and Desktop Support services, including troubleshooting for PCs, networks, phones, printers, hardware, software, mobile devices, and handhelds. The Client Support Analyst will also participate in technology refresh projects and offer in-person, desk-side, and remote support to business users. Additionally, the Desktop Support candidate will act as the initial point of contact for all IT-related issues. Effective and professional communication with business users, clients, and internal IT support teams is essential.Must haves:Bachelors in Information Technology or Associates plus 3-5 years of Experience in a Tier 2 Desktop Support Analyst, PC Support Analyst, IT Support Analyst, etcExperience troubleshooting and resolving various support related issues with Windows OS, PC hardware, and mobile devicesHardware & software Application Maintenance and SupportMS Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Windows 10, PXE with imaging computers, Edge, Internet Explorer, Active Directory, iPhone support, Citrix, Remote Assistance/ Remote Desktop, HP Desktop/Laptops, Multi-Function printersStrong customer service experience and communication skillsExperience with ITIL focused ticket management toolsPlusses:Industry background in oil & gas, telecom, or medicalServiceNowCompensation:$20/hr to $23/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
