Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Los Altos, CA. The Jewelry Sales and Business Development professional will be responsible for driving sales growth through prospecting, lead generation, and building relationships. The ideal candidate should have exceptional sales, communication, and customer engagement skills. They will also ensure customer satisfaction and work closely with the management team to help the business grow.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related fieldAt least 3 years of experience working in luxury retail sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in a jewelry or luxury industryDemonstrated history of exceeding targets and sales quotasExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholdersSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFluency in English (written and oral)A sincere interest in fine jewelry, design, art, fashion and style are highly desirable.
