They are the truest expression of humanity and of creativity and, as such, are fundamental to us.Who you are: The Senior Manager, Concession - Women's is directly responsible for growing and maintaining the Brunello Cucinelli brand business partnership with our multiband partners. This position collaborates across multiple teams (sales, merchandise planning, and wholesale accounts) to achieve sales goals.What You'll Do:Supports the Senior Director, Wholesale & Concession in all facets of the concession business, including projects, key initiatives, and presentations.Drive strategy for Women's North America Concession business locationsEnsure that all points of distribution maintain brand standards in the realms of people, product, and visual merchandisingLead product training to ensure team members are well-versed on the product and the overall brand DNAAchieve growth and increase sales successfully.Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful markets, trunk shows and other events.Ensure effective cost control procedures are rolled out and communicated for all operating, maintenance, and travel.Own objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of Regional Managers.Partner with Human Resources to maintain employee relations and team developmentLead the sales team in promoting a client-focused approach to exceed company standards.Design and implement a strategic business plan that covers the Company's Concession client base and ensures a strong brand presence.Drive change when appropriate.Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by collaborating with multiband partners and understanding their business needs.Present sales, revenue, and a realistic forecast of all wholesale accounts to Senior Director, Wholesale & Concession and North America President & CEO.Maintain strict confidentiality of company information and collections.Identify emerging markets and/or market shifts while being fully aware of products and competition status.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree required8-10+ years in luxury RTW and Wholesale and/or Concession50% travel required domestically and/or internationally.Demonstrate a strong ability to interface and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.Strong business sense and industry expertise.Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.Ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively to deliver timely and impact resultsThrive on working collaboratively with team members across the company.Adaptable and comfortable with change.Convey a positive can-do attitude towards tackling problems.Ability to seek feedback and seek other points-of-view while maintaining confident direction.Strong computer skills, specifically MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.)Ability to work in a growing and entrepreneurial team environment.EEOCBrunello Cucinelli is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.As required by New York City salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $140,000-$150,000. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
