Our commitment to diversity, talent, and teamwork underpins our mission to inspire people worldwide.What you'll get to do:Sales Excellence:Maintain knowledge on industry and market trends to evolve and optimize sales strategiesProvide exceptional Byredo client experience, demonstrating expertise and understanding of our elevated selling approachBuild rapport with returning clients by recognizing and understanding their needs, ensuring a personalized and unified shopping experienceShowcase Byredo's wide product portfolio across all categories, (fragrance, makeup, home, byproduct) offering curated recommendations and crafting memorable shopping moments for each clientExceed KPI's through strategic cross-selling by fostering meaningful and familiar client relationshipsLeverage Byredo's CRM tools to manage client information, driving loyalty and delivering customized personalizationCollaborate with the team during store meetings by contributing innovative ideas and actionable retail strategiesClient Experience:Build and nurture client relationships through personalized outreach and clienteling activities including master classes and new launch eventsProvide after-sales service with care and attention, ensuring client satisfactionCreate personalized shopping experiences that reflect each client's unique tastes and aspirations, building connections that build long-term loyaltyDemonstrate Product Expertise:Develop and maintain knowledge of Byredo's full product offerings spanning across all categoriesActively engage in product presentations, engaging in training sessions, and stay aware of new launches, industry innovations, and emerging trendsUphold Byredo's commitment to excellence by ensuring detailed care, handling, and presentation of products, adhering to the highest standards of luxury and elevating the overall client experienceSupport Operational Excellence:Support continuous store operations by managing inventory with accuracy, stock replenishment, and proactive theft prevention measures to maintain operational efficiencyOffer valuable suggestions to develop and execute retail strategies that drive business growth and enhance the client experienceCurate and maintain visually compelling product displays that align with Byredo's visual merchandising guidelines and create a captivating, in-store environment that reflects the brand's DNAWe'd love to meet you if you have:2+ years of experience in luxury retail, beauty, or makeup salesProven ability to build strong client relationships and achieve sales targetsAvailability to work weekends and holidays (on an as needed basis)A proactive, adaptable, and dependable attitudeAbility to work 8 hours between the store hours of (11am-7pm)Ability to lift boxes as needed for inventory replenishmentCompensation:As required by the New York state salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position is between $23.00-24.00 hourly.
