As such, this work requires weekly travel, and (depending on where you live) overnight stay away from home. A typical work week will see you departing home on Monday morning, and returning home on Thursday late evening, with Fridays spent working from home on project or other assigned work.Our initiatives will span everything from production, production scheduling, maintenance planning and execution, root cause analysis, and more.Our team leverages proven methodologies that challenge the status quo, and helps guide our clients to implement dramatic and sustainable improvements to their operations.CANDIDATE EXPECTATIONSMust be comfortable working in the great small-town communities where our clients have their operations;Must be capable of weekly travel (by air is most common);While our highly experienced team has an excellent track record of delivering extreme customer satisfaction in this industry, employees are expected to bring thoughts and ideas that challenge thinking and procedure, and drive our processes, approach, and methodologies to continually improve.Will ideally live in/near the greater Atlanta, GA metropolitan area. Alternatively, the candidate must live near a major regional airport.WHAT YOU'LL DOAs a Consultant in our Maintenance Group, your main role will be to lead client teams through the design and implementation of World-Class Maintenance processes, systems, and disciplines in a variety of manufacturing environments.IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVEBachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or other related field (required);MBA (not required, but preferred);CMRP or CRL Certification (not required, but preferred);5+ years of relevant experience working in either:-Maintenance / Reliability leadership in a manufacturing setting;-A combination of maintenance and production leadership in a manufacturing setting;-A Maintenance Consulting role working on the implementation of Maintenance processes, systems and disciplines;Extensive experience with maintenance processes, systems and disciplines, and familiarity with current methodologies and technologies that minimize failures and associated losses;Extensive hands-on experience with various Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or other relational database programs;Experience creating, implementing, and driving performance through the use of Maintenance KPIs (leading and lagging);Extensive experience with the application of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies;Capability to effectively interact with tradesmen, managers, and business executives;Project management experience;Strong presentation and written communication skills;Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office products;Ability to be pragmatic, resilient and innovative in problem solving and issue resolution;Keen analytical mindset
