Who You AreNymbl is seeking a dedicated, strategic, and results-oriented Account Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you will be at the heart of driving revenue growth by nurturing relationships, expanding services, and creating meaningful partnerships with key accounts. We're looking for someone who thrives on collaboration, takes pride in crafting strategic account plans, and has a natural ability to uncover new opportunities to deliver exceptional value to our clients. You excel at balancing independence with teamwork, seamlessly working across departments like Customer Success and Marketing to achieve shared goals. Key Responsibilities:Manage a targeted list of key accounts for the core purpose of growing revenue through expansion and upselling additional services Continuously work in collaboration with Customer Success to coordinate activities and exchange information that is useful to either party Provide training and sales support to Customer Success to identify and drive opportunities Develop an overall territory plan and individual account plans for each named account that includes an outreach and engagement model and a strategic sales plan to cross sell Self direct outreach to clients in collaboration with Customer Success and Marketing Identify and work through Management to identify Marketing supported strategies Incorporate a disciplined sales process including a discovery model that assesses opportunities as well as Voice of Customer to identify potential churn risk and build the success story library RequirementsBachelor's Degree 3-year minimum successful track record selling to the client base Located in greater Columbus area Strong preference of SaaS and healthcare experience Demonstrated ability to operate independently and as part of a team Who We Are:Nymbl Systems is a fast-growing healthcare SaaS company providing modern EHR solutions tailored to the Home Medical Equipment (HME) and Orthotics & Prosthetics (O&P) sectors.
