Title: Dynamics 365 Consultant (Customer Service Module)Duration: 12 months Contract (Long-Term)Hybrid: : Rockville, MD (2 days on-site, rest remote; candidates must be local to the DC/Metro area)Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Consultant with a strong focus on the Customer Service module. This is a long-term contract opportunity with a large FinTech non-profit organization, offering flexibility in terms of work arrangement (W-2 or C2C).The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of overall experience in Dynamics 365 implementations and possess a deep understanding of the Customer Service module. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful solutions and implementations. The candidate must be local to the DC/Metro area and able to work 2 days on-site in Rockville, MDKey Responsibilities:Provide functional and technical expertise on Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically the Customer Service moduleLead and participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration of Dynamics 365.Work with business users to gather detailed requirements and translate them into system solutions.Configure, customize, and implement solutions to meet business needs.Provide support in testing, deployment, and troubleshooting to ensure successful system implementation.Train and support end-users in using the Customer Service module within Dynamics 365.Work closely with project teams to ensure the proper integration of Dynamics 365 with other systems.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Dynamics 365 configurations and data flows.Required Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365Strong hands-on experience with the Customer Service module of Dynamics 365.Proven ability to work with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver technical solutions.Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and data management.Experience with integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems.Familiarity with common modules like Case Management, SLA Management, and Knowledge Management.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Experience with other modules of Dynamics 365 (Sales, Field Service, etc.).Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Previous experience working in a FinTech or non-profit environment is a plus.
