Join us as we work together to make business financing simpler, smarter, and more accessible for the people who make our economy strong.ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Director of Marketing, leadership, and third-party vendors to implement and refine best practices for automation processes.Support the design, implementation, and optimization of automated workflows, including lead generation, lead scoring models, and nurture campaigns.Oversee channel acquisition programs, collaborating with divisional teams to ensure proper campaign submissions and their successful execution.Collaborate with external agencies and consultants to improve web and application performance.Manage system enhancements, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive bug fixes within Go-to-Market (GTM) platforms.Develop and maintain internal materials for operational processes, ensuring alignment with best practices and platform updates.Leverage your technical expertise in tools such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and coding languages like HTML, XML, and JavaScript.Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative marketing technologies to achieve and exceed business goals.About YouExperience: 3+ years in a similar role with hands-on experience in marketing automation and technology.Technical Expertise: Proficient in Google Analytics, web development, Ruby, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience integrating CRM and GTM systems.Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Adept at analyzing data, configuring technical solutions, and troubleshooting complex systems.Collaborative Communication: Exceptional skills in working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executives.Curiosity & Growth Mindset: Enthusiastic about learning new tools and processes, quickly connecting the dots across the tech stack, and understanding the broader marketing technology landscape.If you're passionate about leveraging marketing technology to drive impactful campaigns and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role is an exciting opportunity to contribute and grow!NoteThis position is located in New York City, applicants should be able to attend the office 3-days per week.
