We are seeking a talented, results-oriented Paid Search Manager to join their growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) for their healthcare clients. You will play a pivotal role in managing and growing the performance of paid search campaigns across multiple accounts, ensuring their clients' digital marketing goals are met with excellence. This is a remote position, ideal for a self-motivated and proactive individual with strong paid search experience, preferably in the healthcare or related industries.Paid Search Manager Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads and other relevant channelsConduct in-depth keyword research to identify and target high-value keywords relevant to the healthcare sectorCreate and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize ROIAnalyze and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads and other data platformsConduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and user engagementCollaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive and strategic marketing approachesProvide recommendations and insights for account optimizations, budget allocation and campaign strategy adjustmentsStay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in paid search and the healthcare industryManage and track budgets effectively to ensure campaigns are staying within budget while maximizing resultsProvide clients with regular updates on campaign performance, goals and adjustmentsPaid Search ManagerRequirements:3+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns, preferably in the healthcare spaceStrong expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search platformsExperience with Google Analytics and other performance tracking toolsProven ability to optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and sales in competitive marketsStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendationsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear, concise mannerFamiliarity with healthcare industry regulations and sensitivities, including HIPAA guidelines, is a plusAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environmentDetail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) If you are interested in being considered for this Paid Search Manager opportunitywe invite you to submit your resume, along with a cover letter that highlights your experience in managing paid search campaigns within the healthcare space.
