Associate Attorney

Our Beverly Hills office is seeking an experienced litigation associate attorney to join our team in fighting for justice for survivors of childhood sexual abuse and adult sexual assault. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for representing victims of trauma in pursuing justice against those responsible for allowing it to happen.Experience in the representation of plaintiffs is preferred, but attorneys with other applicable litigation experience, including in insurance liability defense, medical malpractice, mass torts, criminal prosecution, etc., are encouraged to apply. If your career to date has largely involved defending offenders, please submit a tailored cover letter as to why you would like to be considered for the prospect of switching sides.Potential salary offers are directly commensurate with the applicant's level of applicable civil litigation experience. Associates also receive a bonus of 40% of the attorney fees on cases they bring in, as well as year-end merit-based bonuses. There are no billable hours requirements and hybrid scheduling is an option.Our litigation attorneys play key roles in all aspects of litigation, including:drafting complaints,responding to and propounding discovery,responding to demurrers,case settlement negotiation,conducting depositions, andconducting jury trials.Growth and opportunity for advancement within the office is expected.
