We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Fleet Coordinator to optimize the fleet team in San Francisco. The Fleet Coordinator is a vital role within Autzu, as they are responsible for the effective management of the parking hub and the fleet associates. By ensuring that vehicles are well-maintained and readily available for rideshare drivers, this role plays a crucial part in supporting Autzu's mission to create a sustainable and efficient vehicle infrastructure for the future of urban transportation.Responsibilities:Help with daily operations of the parking hub, ensuring efficient and effective functioning of all activities, including vehicle maintenance, recharging, and cleaning.Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies, equipment, and spare parts needed for vehicle maintenance and hub operations.Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, as well as local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to fleet management and the rideshare industry.Regularly inspect vehicles in the fleet, identify and resolve issues, and coordinate with the appropriate teams for repairs and maintenance.Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, maintenance activities, and generate reports as needed for management review.Coordinate with other departments, such as engineering and customer service, to optimize fleet utilization and address any issues related to vehicle availability or customer satisfaction.Continuously analyze hub performance and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing changes as needed to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.Develop and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, partners, and regulatory agencies to support the ongoing success of the parking hub.Stay informed about industry trends, technology advancements, and regulatory changes that may impact fleet operations and implement necessary changes to maintain a competitive edge.Requirements: Some kind of experience in fleet management, operations, or a similar role, with a track record of success in managing teams and meeting performance goals.Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.Perks & Benefits:Starting Hourly pay of $17-24 per hour depending with room for fast growthMonthly team eventsOpportunity to work with a growing company passionate about sustainability and making an impact on our communities
