We are committed to delivering a scalable, user-friendly, and robust technology solution.We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and oversee the development of our SaaS platform and applications. This is a pivotal role in driving innovation and ensuring our product meets the dynamic needs of the restaurant industry.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Define the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with business goals.Technical Oversight: Supervise architecture, development, and deployment of our SaaS platform and applications, ensuring scalability and reliability.Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary technical liaison with stakeholders, partners, and investors.Quality Assurance: Ensure best practices in development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software systems.Required QualificationsProven experience in a senior technical leadership role, preferably within a startup or SaaS environment.Strong expertise in full-stack development with the following:Back-End:.NET/C#, CoreEntity Framework CoreExperience with Azure Services, SQL databases, and query optimizationFront-End:JavaScript, React (hooks), Redux librariesSCSS, SASS, LESS, and responsive designRESTful API development and integrationPractical experience with Single Page Applications (SPA) and component-based architectures.Proficient with version control systems such as Git or BitBucket.Demonstrated ability to design scalable, responsive, and cross-browser compatible applications.Experience with TypeScript, Webpack/Vite, and writing unit tests is a plus.Soft SkillsVisionary leadership with the ability to align technical initiatives with business objectives.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work across teams and stakeholders.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.Why Join Us?Be a key player in shaping the future of restaurant technology.Work with a passionate and dynamic team in Brooklyn, NY.Opportunity to innovate and lead in a high-impact role.
