If you're hungry for an amazing opportunity, we're ready to meet you!DESCRIPTION:The Events Coordinator will assist Experiential Marketing Director with the planning and execution of strategic partnerships and community events in the Midwest area. While scratch-made, healthy food is what Crisp & Green does best, we also believe that nourishing your healthy lifestyle goes beyond the kitchen. That's why we partner with like-minded fitness and wellness businesses and individuals in our communities to bring individuals together, regardless of where they are on their healthy journey. POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist Experiential Marketing Director in coordination with planning and execution of frequent community and wellness eventsCoordinate and oversee Event Ambassadors in the different markets. Research local events and potential partnersAct as lead point of contact at events, partnering with Brand Partners and Event Ambassadors to ensure guests satisfactionProvide creative ideas to make Crisp & Green events unique and attractive to draw new customersCross-functional partnership with Communications and Marketing teamsDocument events in real-time in a manner that fits with the brandAbility to perform physical tasks such as walking extensively, standing, sitting, moving promotional materialsAssist with organization of event equipment, supplies and other vendorsPerforming other duties as assigned and wearing many different hatsREQUIREMENTS:Recent graduate or currently pursuing degree in a health, marketing, or communications-related fieldStrong interpersonal and communication skills requiredMust have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write reports and business correspondence and interacting with guestsFlexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and eveningsPrevious experience in event planning and execution preferred, but not requiredConsistent positive attitude and passion for health and wellnessSkills or experience in digital marketing (social media management/content creating, posting, etc)ADDITIONAL DETAILS:The Events Coordinator is a full-time position requiring 40 hours a week, and could including evenings and weekends.
