Investment Operations Associate (Middle Office)

You will play a key role in performing middle-office/post-trade support functions and contribute to initiatives aimed at strengthening critical business activities and managing operational risk.If you are a problem-solver with excellent critical thinking, relationship management, and multitasking skills, we encourage you to apply and become part of a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform trade reconciliations across asset classes.Define and implement operational risk controls.Reconcile internal positions with multiple counterparties and asset classes.Manage administrative positions, transactions, and cash reconciliation exceptions.Oversee T+0 matching and settlements across various markets.Handle mandatory/voluntary corporate actions and post-trade lifecycle events.Analyze operational platforms to identify inefficiencies and establish straight-through processing (STP).Collaborate with technology teams to design and deliver automated processes.Track, resolve, and remediate operational incidents.QualificationsEducation: BA/BS degree in finance, economics, or a related field with a strong academic record.Experience: 5+ years of operations experience in an investment management firm, fund administrator, or bank.Comprehensive understanding of the full trade lifecycle and post-trade processing for equities and macro asset classes.Proficient in Excel; experience with Tableau and Alteryx is a plus.Strong data analytical skills to compile datasets, identify trends, and detect anomalies.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
