LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant in Los Angeles, CA! Responsibilities:Manage files, open new matters as attorneys request, and maintain all relevant document inclusions for the files.Responsible for various administrative tasks including strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with meticulous attention to detail.Manage calendars and travel schedules.Must be comfortable acting as an executive assistant dealing with confidential matters.Assist with billing projects and reviews.Qualifications:Successful candidates for this position must possess 5+ years of legal administrative assistant experience in a law firm, with emphasis on litigation and corporate and transactional experience would be beneficial.Candidates must be versed in State and Federal Court e-filing.Understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and local and state court rules.Must have excellent working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including the expertise of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Must be able to work independently and in a team setting.Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.Salary:$100,000-$110,000 per year
