Corporate Finance Analyst

We are hiring a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Associate to join a dynamic team in the oil and gas industry. This role will focus on delivering high-quality financial insights and analysis that inform strategic decision-making and enhance business performance.As a Corporate Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for managing corporate financial models, conducting variance analysis, and preparing critical materials for senior management and board presentations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Development and FP&A, to support strategic initiatives and provide accurate and actionable insights into business performance.Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and refine complex corporate financial models to support strategic decision-making.Conduct variance analysis, comparing actual performance against forecasts, and provide insights to drive improved financial outcomes.Prepare polished and insightful materials for presentations to senior leadership and the board of directors.Perform ad hoc business development analyses, including evaluating potential opportunities and developing business cases.Support FP&A activities by analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing recommendations to enhance financial performance.This role is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in financial analysis and modeling, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for supporting growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
