The firm is very community-oriented, whereby pro bono service and corporate social responsibility are part of its core.RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist in analyzing insurance coverage issues and draft coverage opinions for insurers.Support all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing motions.Participate in mediation and settlement negotiations under the guidance of senior attorneys.Conduct thorough legal research and provide insights on New York practice in federal and state courts.QUALIFICATIONS:2-6 years of experience in insurance coverageJuris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Admission to the New York State Bar
