Unity Search has been exclusively retained with a very reputable multi-billion-dollar company in the retail/entertainment industry searching for a Senior Director of Corporate FP&A. This role is newly created due to both a re-organization and growth of the company (and strong company performance!)! This role offers TREMENDOUS visibility as it will interact with senior leadership (including the CEO and CFO)!To be considered for this role, you must currently be in a Director or Senior Director of Corporate FP&A, (financial planning and analysis), for a large publicly traded company. Primary Responsibilities:Interact with senior leadership, including CEO and CFO providing FP&A and corporate development insight and recommendationsProvided added layer of leadership and mentorship within department, specifically leading, developing and motivating direct and indirect reportsLead preparation of financial reports/presentations for management and Board of DirectorsProvide ongoing and ad hoc reporting and analyses of historical performance, including trends, productivity metrics, capital expenditures and key operating metricsWork with Treasury and company-wide cash managementAssist with M&A and corporate development initiativesTake lead role in strategic planning and vision initiatives, incorporating various tools (Ad Hoc Analysis tools, Budgeting, Forecasting, ERP and BI)Collaborate with Operations Finance teamRequirements:13+ years' experienceBachelor's degree in finance or accounting from reputable school requiredIndustry experience in retail, entertainment, or hospitality helpful, but not requiredCurrent concentration with at least 3+ years in a corporate FP&A function for a large publicly traded company is absolutely required. Strong analytical skills, including drawing conclusion and communicating/presenting conclusionsLeadership experience required - must have career progression within a singular company, demonstrating increasing responsibility and ability to influence entire FP&A team to improve performanceVery strong interpersonal skills - absolutely requiredStrong knowledge/experience with modern financial planning databases required (Anaplan, PowerBI, Workday ERP, Essbase, etc)Compensation will depend on experience with a rough total compensation range that would be in the mid $200's up to low $300s or so plus other meaningful financial and non-financial perks!
