All of which is underpinned by a commitment to total transparency.The Director of Content will lead the strategic development and execution of custom media and content opportunities for the U.S. Army account, managing client relationships and fostering collaboration across internal teams and external partners. This role will oversee a team of content professionals, drive innovation, and ensure the seamless execution of complex, multi-platform programs.The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader with exceptional communication, organizational, and strategic skills. A strong background in media, content marketing, and brand development is essential, while familiarity with the entertainment industry and production processes is highly desirable.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipLead TCC's annual planning process, establishing an integrated content strategy and calendar aligned with cross-functional agency teams and client objectives.Serve as the primary content lead for client discussions, developing and delivering strategic recommendations for custom content and media opportunities.Cultivate and evaluate innovative partnerships, platforms, and technologies to align with client goals, presenting strategic options to senior leadership and clients.Oversee the development of comprehensive content strategies, including briefing documents, partner briefs, recommendation decks, and award submissions.Implement measurement frameworks in collaboration with the Marketing Sciences team to assess program ROI and drive continuous improvement.Execution & OversightOversee the execution of all custom content programs, ensuring smooth workflows across production, contracts, and performance analysis.Act as the primary point of contact for senior-level client stakeholders, effectively managing relationships and resolving executional challenges.Translate complex deals into actionable legal agreements in collaboration with internal legal teams.Direct the creation and implementation of multi-platform distribution plans, ensuring alignment with client KPIs and brand objectives.Partner with internal and external teams to optimize program performance, ensuring successful activation across linear TV, digital, social, and emerging platforms.Team Leadership & DevelopmentManage and mentor a team of content professionals, including Associate Directors and other direct reports, fostering professional growth and excellence.Collaborate with the Executive Director and additional Director to ensure alignment of team resources with overall agency goals and priorities.Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the Content team.Thought Leadership & Business DevelopmentLead the development of POVs on emerging trends, platforms, and technologies for clients and agency partners.Contribute to new business initiatives by developing strategies and marketing collateral to showcase TCC's capabilities.Represent TCC at industry events and forums, establishing the agency as a leader in custom content and media innovation.RequirementsExperience: 7+ years in content marketing, integrated partnerships, or strategic partnership development, with a background in media and demonstrated success leading multi-platform programs.Leadership: Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with experience aligning business objectives with innovative solutions.Communication: Superior written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex workflows, tight deadlines, and competing priorities.Organization: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and workflows simultaneously, ensuring seamless coordination, adherence to deadlines, and delivery of high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environmentClient Management: Successful track record of building and maintaining senior-level client relationships.Expertise: Deep understanding of marketing communication channels, including digital, paid social, and experiential marketing.Innovation: Ability to identify and assess emerging platforms and technologies to drive client success.Education: Bachelor's degree in communications, advertising, media, or a related field preferred.Flexibility: Ability to travel and work outside standard business hours as needed.This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs.
