By leveraging data-driven insights and fostering collaboration across departments, SWP will build a diverse and inclusive workforce that thrives in an ever-evolving business landscape.The Supervisor, Strategic Workforce Planning is responsible for partnering with our Portfolio, Discipline, Commercial leaders to determine workforce demand, prepare staffing forecasts, as well as create headcount plans for client success. In this role, you will ensure that all new projects and opportunities are properly routed and communicated through the necessary systems and processes to ensure clients and teams are set up for success. A core focus of the role will be centered on the financial health of our client teams and the agency.This role reports into the VP, Strategic Workforce Planning.The Supervisor, Strategic Workforce Planning will:Drive the efficiency of workforce planning and operations across the Havas Media NetworkPartner with Portfolio and Discipline leads to fill open needs, rotate talent, and establish staffing plans across different workstreamsLead SWP across a large-scale accountOwn and maintain data inputs and tools related to workforce planningMonitor all financial metrics related to staffing to achieve agency and client goalsValidate all hiring requests and manage the approval process for a proper hand off to the Hiring Experience teamCollaborate with People Experience and agency leads to manage talent development initiatives and growth opportunities for team membersPartner with Commercial leads to validate client needs within client budgetsConsistently communicate with business area leads regarding the fiscal impact of resource decisions and recommend optimal solutions to influence strategic directionAnalyze and communicate trends in a digestible way to agency stakeholders to facilitate discussions and support business decisionsRequired Experience/Skills:4-7 years of experience in workforce planning/resource management or a similar fieldHigh level skill in Excel and Power BI, Tableau or similar, and experience transforming data into insightsExperience utilizing skills-based workforce platforms and expertise with project/resource management systemsManage forecast of current upcoming project and allocations in resource management system for respective teams based on input from resourcing meetings and discipline leadsExperience in presenting to executive level leadersExperience using workforce planning tools (Workday, Anaplan or similar)Data driven mindset with experience in Workforce AnalyticsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environmentAbility to handle sensitive situations, information and conversations with professionalism and confidentialityExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
