The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement solutions that optimize the use of Salesforce to meet those requirements.Experience:Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions, from gathering requirements to implementation and user adoptionExpertise in creating and managing Flows, Process Builder, and workflow automation toolsStrong track record of developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analytics solutionsExperience managing user security, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and validation rulesExperience building and maintaining custom objects, fields, and record typesMaintain data quality and integrity through regular auditsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysisStrong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple prioritiesSkills and Certifications:Bachelor's degree or combined equivalent of education preferredSalesforce Administrator Certification Preferred.Proven experience with Salesforce Lightning ExperienceProven proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExceptional verbal and written communication skillsStrong time management skillsWilling to learn to write database queries using SQL and SOQLWho we areOur Wireless Access Control History: Wireless from Day OneIn 2006 CellGate founder, Noel Gouldin, could see the growing importance of cellular technology in people's everyday lives.
