Our client, a top creative + talent management agency, is seeking a Senior Beauty Agent to join their team in NYC! This individual will have extensive connections in the beauty industry, strong negotiation expertise, and a dedication to linking talent with prestigious and cutting edge clients and opportunities.Responsibilities:Represent a roster of beauty artists, securing booking opportunities for fashion shoots, red carpet events, music videos, personal client engagements, etc. Manage both existing and new beauty clients, building strong professional relationships.Cultivate and maintain relationships with celebrity talent teams, publicists, and brands, ensuring smooth collaboration and booking logistics.Stay informed about beauty trends, industry shifts, and competitor activities, providing strategic insights and identifying new opportunities for stylists.Negotiate contracts and terms to secure favorable agreements that align with both artist and client goals.Collaborate with the Brand Partnerships and PR team to enhance artists' personal brands, guiding portfolio development and social media strategies.Mentor junior agents, assist in training new team members, and foster a collaborative team environment.Handle deal memos and invoicing for beauty artists.Qualifications:Proven experience as a beauty booking agent or similar role in the fashion or beauty industry, with at least 3 years of experience in celebrity beauty fields.Strong network of contacts in beauty, media, and entertainment industries.Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.In-depth understanding of fashion and beauty trends, with the ability to anticipate industry shifts.Proficiency in contract law and regulations related to artist representation.Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for personal branding and storytelling.Experience in performance tracking and providing actionable insights.$110-175k commensurate of experience5 days on site in NYC officesPlease submit a resume for considerationYou can use to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
