This individual will lead, own, and execute multiple training events annually while working closely with leadership to expand the practice and foster a positive, high-performing culture.Why you'll love working here:Thriving, collaborative team environment where you make a real impactThis role provides significant opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Hybrid schedule with some flexibility on start/end timeSome of your responsibilities:Lead the planning and execution of firm training events, including preparing materials, scheduling, arranging travel, securing venues, coordinating catering, setting up rooms, and working closely with facilitators and attendees to ensure seamless delivery.Serve as the primary client relationship manager, overseeing data input and organization within the CRM system (HubSpot) to ensure accuracy and accessibility.Work closely with leadership to create and manage/execute digital content for marketing, sales, email, newsletter, and community development.Collaborate with staff to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines, budgets, and project objectives while facilitating effective team execution through the project management tool ().What you'll need to succeed:Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approachExcellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects at a timeFive years of experience managing operations or coordinating meetings and events (10-200 attendees), including travel logistics, participant management, and schedulesA natural ability to build relationships and anticipate needs in a fast-paced environmentExperience using marketing automation, CRM platforms, and project management tools, HubSpot and highly preferred!Interested?
