Reporting to the EVP of Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive, data-driven demand generation strategy that delivers measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.This role requires an experienced leader with deep expertise in ABM strategies and 6Sense. You will elevate Skai's ABM capabilities, targeting key segments with precision, and aligning closely with marketing, product marketing, sales, SDRs, and RevOps to create a seamless go-to-market engine. Balancing operational execution with strategic foresight will be essential to laying the foundation for scalable, predictable, and impactful growth.Key Responsibilities:Elevate Account Based Marketing: You will own the development and execution of a comprehensive ABM strategy, leveraging 6Sense to identify, target, and engage key segments effectively, creating personalized, high-impact campaigns that drive resultsDrive growth: You will take ownership of achieving ambitious pipeline and revenue targets, building a scalable, predictable framework that supports both immediate wins and long-term growthDemand gen strategy: Design and refine a multi-channel demand generation strategy, incorporating SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing, and display media, while ensuring continuous optimization and measurable outcomesBuild a high functioning growth engine: Build a robust and efficient demand generation engine, uniting marketing, sales, SDRs, and RevOps around shared objectives, and streamlining operational processes for maximum efficiency.Data-driven optimization: Implement and manage a multi-touch attribution model to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, leveraging tools like HockeyStack to uncover insights, refine strategies, and maximize ROI.Execution and innovation: Oversee the execution of high-impact campaigns designed to generate quality leads, nurture prospects, and drive conversions, while consistently exploring innovative strategies to stay ahead of market trends.Budget and resource management: Manage demand generation budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize efficiency and deliver high-quality outcomes across all channels.Position Requirements: 10+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or related fields, with a strong focus on ABM? Extensive experience in using 6Sense to execute ABM strategies? Proven ability to build scalable, predictable demand generation engines that deliver measurable growth? Operationally strong with a track record of creating efficient processes and workflows? Strategically savvy, with experience aligning demand generation strategies to broader business objectives? Proficient in SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing, and ABM execution? Strong data analysis skills with experience implementing multi-touch attribution models and using tools like HockeyStack? Excellent collaboration skills, with a history of uniting cross-functional teams to drive revenue outcomes? Eagerness to stay ahead of market trends and adopt innovative approaches to demand generation? A highly collaborative mindset, with a history of uniting cross-functional teams to drive shared success? Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentJoin us! The actual salary will vary depending on the applicants experience, skills and abilities as well as internal equity and market data.
