Marketing Associate

AlphaX RE Capital, a dynamic and innovative real estate investment firm based in Cupertino, is seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Associate to support our marketing initiatives.As a Marketing Associate, you will assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, drive business growth, and engage our target audience. This role requires a proactive individual with experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and event coordination.RESPONSIBILITIESMarketing Support:Assist in the execution of marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.Manage marketing calendars and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.Social Media & Content Creation:Manage and create content for company social media accounts (WeChat, Xiaohongshu/Wechat Channel, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).Lead small social media projects and campaigns independently.Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across platforms.Monitor social media engagement and provide performance reports.Event Coordination:Assist in planning and executing marketing events (online and offline).Help coordinate event logistics, including venue setup and vendor communication.Support event promotions through social media and email marketing.Email Marketing:Assist in developing and executing email marketing campaigns.Manage email lists and monitor campaign performance.Create engaging email content aligned with brand messaging.Branding & Communication:Support the development of marketing materials to maintain brand consistency.Collaborate with the team to ensure effective internal and external communication.Collaboration:Work closely with other departments to support cross-functional marketing initiatives.Communicate with external vendors and agencies when necessary.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a related role.Proven ability to work independently and lead small social media projects.Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in marketing software, social media tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work in person at our Cupertino office.Real estate and finance industry experience is a plus.Bilingual in Mandarin - Fluent in Speaking and Writing is REQUIRED.BENEFITSVisa Sponsorship: We offer support for OPT, CPT, and H1B visas.Free Meals: Enjoy a complimentary company-provided lunch.Work Environment: Thrive in a relaxed and youthful work environment surrounded by talented young professionals.APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONSTo apply, please submit your resume and any marketing or event planning proposals you have led or created.
