We are seeking a skilled RELIABILITY ELECTRICIAN with a minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial environment. This full-time position focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving manufacturing equipment and systems, with expertise in Industrial PLCs, Industrial Mechanics, and Industrial Robotics. This job is in Aiken, South Carolina. Key Responsibilities:Maintain and optimize manufacturing equipment, including electrical systems (MCCs, motors, inverters) and control systems (PLCs, robotics, and automation).Perform troubleshooting to address safety, quality, and productivity issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.Execute proactive maintenance plans, including preventive (PM) and condition-based maintenance (CM).Collaborate on assigned work orders and process improvement projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Mentor junior electricians while strengthening personal technical skills through collaboration with senior technicians.Qualifications:strong knowledge of safety practices (LOTO, PPE, Confined Space, etc.).Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, including PLCs, AC/DC drives, relay logic, and pneumatics/hydraulics.Ability to read and update electrical/mechanical schematics.Familiarity with tools such as process calibrators, oscilloscopes, and IR cameras.Working knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC) and the ability to create basic to intermediate PLC programs.strong math and technical skills, including application of formulas and measurement conversions.Note: Contract electricians will not be considered.
