Legal Director

My client is a well known global bank looking for a senior attorney to join them to focus on securitized products.The role will form part of a 5 person team and report directly to the MD/Head of the department and will be responsible for focusing on non-mortgage asset backed securities. Within this the role will have a particular focus on esoteric securities.They are looking for a great attorney with at least 5 years of direct experience in this space.That could be from a competitor bank or broker-dealer or it could be from the buy side or it could be from a law firm.They need specific experience of working with these type of securities to be considered for the role.The bank is a great place to work and the team is really friendly and collegiate.They offer flexible working with 2 days a week in the office being the norm and competitive benefits,Base salary range is $270,000-320,000 with bonus and benefits on top.Please message me asap on tgb@ if you'd like to discuss or submit your resume for consideration
