Junior Finance Associate Attorney - AtlantaOur client, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking an attorney with at least 1 full year of finance experience to join the Business Finance practice group in a full-time, partnership-track associate position. This role is based in the firm's Atlanta, Georgia office.Qualifications:At least 1 full year of finance experienceExperience in a variety of finance transactions, with an emphasis on Article 9 of the UCC, syndicated lending transactions and middle market lending transactionsExperience representing both lenders and borrowers in workouts is beneficialExceptional analytical, organizational, and writing skillsTeam player mentalityJD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentialsGeorgia bar membership is preferred, and in any event required within one year of joining the firmAll candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
